Frank is an executive coach and consultant who brings years of practical leadership, business, and academic experience to his approach with clients. As an executive coach, Frank specializes in supporting leaders to develop their leadership and management skills. He works with individuals, teams, and organizations to create and utilize systems that support learning and development. He believes that personal and professional development is optimally achieved through understanding mindsets and behaviors in actual personal and professional contexts.
Frank provides insight and support to his clients in their quest for development. His supportive and creative style, combined with his willingness to be direct with his clients, encourages them to engage their development opportunities with optimism in a supportive context.
In addition to his coaching and leadership development experiences, Frank has varied and successful industry experiences and he has started three companies. Frank has two degrees in adult learning and has conducted research on how adults can positively change their mindsets and behaviors. He has authored several articles, contributed chapters to books, been an invited researcher and presenter for national invitational conferences on adult learning, and has spoken widely on the subjects of leadership and executive coaching.
