Professional Expertise
During her corporate career in four corporations and on three continents, Florence has developed expertise in global team development, executive leadership and development, change management and organizational development. She believes coaching to be a powerful tool that allows senior executives to boost their existing talents, access untapped reservoirs of potential, and create breakthroughs for themselves and their organizations. She brings this perspective to her work as an executive coach and specializes in senior executive coaching, strategic facilitation, team coaching, and designing coaching skills workshops for senior leaders and high potentials.
Prior to starting her coaching practice, Florence spent ten years as part of the management teams of Motorola and STMicroelectronics, with responsibilities in Industrial Investment, Human Resources, and Organization and Leadership Development in France, Switzerland, and Singapore.
Over the past eight years, Florence has coached executives from 11 different nationalities across three continents and numerous industries, including electronics, chemicals, banking, insurance, food, information, and environmental. She conducts her coaching in both French and English.
