As a former senior corporate officer of a global biotechnology company, and a UK-trained physician with a specialty in psychiatry, he possesses a unique blend of business, medical, and personal insights. Adrian coaches executives to develop their management and leadership skills and to optimize their career potential and effectiveness. He has a deep understanding of the business, human development, and interpersonal skills needed for success, and has helped his clients to step into new leadership roles, improve their ability to manage and communicate effectively, and build trust and credibility, among others.
Adrian also advises senior management teams through multiple stages of corporate growth, development and restructuring. His areas of expertise include development of corporate strategy, operational implementation, clinical drug development, HR strategy, hiring practices, sales strategy, and cultural integration.

In his personal life, Adrian is a long-time practitioner of meditation and yoga, which he combines with his passion for active sports such as rock climbing, downhill skiing, SCUBA diving, and windsurfing.
